Orders & Deliveries
We aim to despatch your order by the end of the next day after you have placed it and you should receive your order within three to five business days. If we are unable to meet this 3-5 day delivery schedule we will immediately contact you to discuss and advise.
Please note that whilst we currently only deliver to customers within the UK, Europe and North America we'd be more than happy to see if we can deliver to you if you live outside these zones - just give us a call or email and we'll see what we can do!
N.B. On occasions we have experienced payment card compatibility issues when processing international orders - if you are having problems when checking out please do get in touch and we'll come up with a solution for you!
All UK orders of £50 or above will be despatched free of charge, orders under this amount have a flat rate of £2.95. Next day UK delivery is £7.50. Alternatively you can arrange free collection of an order from one of our branches - simply select the Pickup from store option and enter your branch of choice in the comments section. We can also despatch to Europe and North America at a flat rate of £8.95.

Free Gift Wrapping Service
We're happy to offer a free gift wrapping service, which we also offer in our high street branches, on all orders. If you are purchasing a gift and wish to take advantage of this service, simply let us know in the comments section as you checkout and indicate whether or not you would prefer us to enclose an invoice with your order.
Ring Size Questions
Our rings are normally available in sizes J-Q ladies' rings and in sizes R-Z for men's rings. Smaller and larger sizes are often available but may need to be specially ordered and may incur an additional charge. We will contact you to advise on an expected delivery date if it is outside our normal 2-5 business days or if the price will be different from that quoted. Alternatively please contact us on 01495 223338 or email@example.com and we will be happy to assist with your enquiry.
On occasion some of our more popular sizes may be out of stock. We will contact you to advise if we are unable to deliver your order within our normal 2-5 business days.
We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Gus Jones Jewellers. We therefore offer all online customers a 14-day money-back guarantee: If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your product, you may return it, unworn and in its original packaging, within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. However, this returns policy does not apply to earrings. Earrings are non returnable due to hygiene reasons.

Items may be returned direct to Gus Jones Web Sales, 109 High Street, Blackwood, Gwent, NP12 1AD. We recommend that any returned goods are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure proof of delivery and some insurance of the goods whilst they are in transit.
All returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging and accompanied by our dispatch paperwork.Refunds will only be made to the card used to purchase the item.
