Delivery Options

We aim to despatch your order by the end of the next business day after you have placed it and you should receive your order within 3 to 5 business days, this could take longer if delivery is to France.

If we are unable to meet this 3-5 day delivery schedule, for example if we do not have the ring size that you require in our central stock, we will contact you to discuss and advise.

All UK purchases over £100 are shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery, and any purchases under £100 are sent via Second Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. If you require urgent deliveries please call us so that we can advise you on extra costs and whether your request can be fulfilled. 


All deliveries require to be signed for.
*Please note that we can only deliver to customers within the UK Mainland, Northern Ireland and France.

UK FREE - Gus Jones Jewellers do not charge you delivery on any items purchased online.

Returns Policy

We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Gus Jones Jewellers. We therefore offer the same 14 day money back guarantee for purchases from our web site.

Should you wish to return an item to us you should contact us at returns@gusjonesjewellers.co.uk or telephone 01495 223338 for advice on how to return goods to us.

Items may be returned direct to Gus Jones Jewellers Web Sales, 109 High Street, Blackwood, Gwent, NP12 1AD. We recommend that any returned goods are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure proof of delivery and some insurance of the goods whilst they are in transit.

All returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging and accompanied by our dispatch paperwork. Due to hygiene reasons, we regret that we may be unable to accept return of earrings. Please email sales@gusjonesjewellers.co.uk for advice. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds will only be made to the card used to purchase the item.
