Exisiting Order

Orders & Deliveries

We aim to despatch your order by the end of the next day after you have placed it and you should receive your order within two to five business days.
If we are unable to meet this 3-5 day delivery schedule, for example if we do not have the ring size that you require in our central stock, we will contact you to discuss and advise.

All purchases over £100 are shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery and will need to be signed for.

Any purchases under £100 will be sent via Royal Mail Recorded delivery.

Please note that we can only deliver to customers within the UK and Northern Ireland.

Delivery Charges

FREE - Gus Jones Jewellers does not charge you a fee on the delivery of your items.

Ring Size Questions

Our rings are normally available in sizes J-Q ladies rings and in sizes R-Z for mens rings. Smaller and larger sizes are often available but may need to be specially ordered and may incur an additional charge. We will contact you to advise on an expected delivery date if it is outside our normal 2-5 business days or if the price will be different from that quoted. Alternatively please contact us on 01495 223338 or sales@gusjonesjewellers.co.uk and we will be happy to assist with your enquiry.

On occasion some of our more popular sizes may be out of stock. We will contact you to advise if we are unable to deliver your order within our normal 2-5 business days.

Returns Policy

We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Gus Jones Jewellers. We therefore offer all online customers a 14-day money-back guarantee: If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your product, you may return it, unworn and in its original packaging, within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. However, this returns policy does not apply to earrings. Earrings are non returnable due to hygiene reasons.

Should you wish to return an item to us you should contact us at returns@gusjonesjewellers.co.uk or phone 01495 223338 for advice on how to return goods to us.

Items may be returned direct to Gus Jones Web Sales, 109 High Street, Blackwood, Gwent, NP12 1AD. We recommend that any returned goods are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery  to ensure proof of delivery and some insurance of the goods whilst they are in transit.

All returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging and accompanied by our dispatch paperwork.

Refunds will only be made to the card used to purchase the item.
