We aim to despatch your order by the end of the next business day after you have placed it and you should receive your order within 3 to 5 business days; this could take longer if delivery is outside the UK or the order is placed around holiday periods. If for any reason we are unable to meet this 3-5 day delivery schedule, we will immediately contact you to discuss and advise. If you do require urgent deliveries please call us so that we can advise you on extra costs and whether your request can be fulfilled.
Please note that whilst we currently only deliver to customers within the UK, Europe and North America we'd be happy to try and help if you do live outside these zones - simply give us a call or send an email and we'll do our best to try and accommodate you!
N.B. On occasions we have experienced payment card compatibility issues when processing international orders - if you do experience problems when checking out please do get in touch and we'll come up with a solution for you!
UK>50=0 - gusjonesjewellers.co.uk do not charge you for UK delivery on orders over £50, orders under this amount have a flat charge of £2.95. Next day UK delivery is available for £7.50. (Please note orders for this method must be placed by 3.30pm. In the event that we are unable to offer this service on a particular item we will contact you immediately. Orders placed on a Friday cannot be guaranteed for Saturday delivery.) All European and North American orders carry a flat charge of £8.95.

Pick-up from Store
You can, if you wish, collect your order for free from one of our stores in Ebbw Vale, Blackwood, Bargoed or Abergavenny rather than having it delivered. Simply select the Pick-up from store option at checkout and type the name of the store in the Comments box. We will contact you to let you know when your item will be available for collection. Please note - you will need to print out your order confirmation and bring it with you along with some proof of identity in order to pick up the goods.

Items may be returned direct to Gus Jones Jewellers Web Sales, 109 High Street, Blackwood, Gwent, NP12 1AD. We recommend that any returned goods are sent by Royal Mail Signed For or Special Delivery to ensure proof of delivery and some insurance of the goods whilst they are in transit.
All returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging and accompanied by our dispatch paperwork. Due to hygiene reasons, we regret that we may be unable to accept return of earrings. Please email email@example.com for advice. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds will only be made to the card used to purchase the item.
